Step 1

Step 2

One of our loan consultants will call you back typically within twenty four hours with an exact quote tailored to your specific needs, and will naturally answer any questions regarding your inquiry.

 
Step 3

Once it has been mutually been determined that proceeding will bring forth the results you are seeking, your consultant will submit your application to our processing department. The processing department will compile all the requisite as needed and submit your transaction to our underwriter.

 

Step 4

You will be contacted by escrow with regard to when and where you would like to sign your actual loan documents. Home appointments are common.

After a thorough review of the loan documents:

 
Step 6 Once final figures have been processed by escrow, any residual funds which are due you as well as a final HUD 1 form will be mailed to you within a few short days. Any funds due you can be wired to your account of choice.

 

If a REFINANCE, a government mandated three day right of rescission (unless the subject property is an investment property) period will be in place for your protection, enabling you to review the documents thoroughly. Your transaction will usually fund and record within the next two business days in the County in which you reside.

If a PURCHASE, there will be no right or rescission, and your transaction will typically will fund the next business day, and will typically record at the County recorders office the very next business day.
